MOHARA is a global venture builder and technology partner, committed to turning bold ideas into impactful digital products. We work with startups, venture studios, and scale-ups—from concept through to launch—providing strategic guidance and hands-on technical expertise to build products that create real value.
With a distributed team across the UK, South Africa, Mexico, and Thailand, we collaborate seamlessly across time zones to support our partners worldwide. Our hybrid business model blends service delivery with investment: in some cases, we earn sweat equity alongside our fees. This means our success is directly tied to the success of the products we help create.
We don't just deliver code—we’re invested in the journey. Our team values honesty, courage, and building strong, long-term relationships. At MOHARA, our goal is to help launch successful products and businesses, not just bill by the hour.
As an Engagement Lead, you’ll be working with both start-ups and scaling clients across projects which range from initial research and opportunity definition to agile development and growth phases. This requires strong product thinking and management skills, as well as excellent client handling, delivery and account management capabilities.
In return for your skills, experience and dedication, MOHARA offers both the expected reward — competitive salaries, flexible working, medical insurance — and other less common advantages. These include the chance to work in our overseas offices (Bangkok and Mexico) for both short term visits and on longer, organised exchanges.
MOHARA is in the business of building innovative products and delivering customer satisfaction. You’ll need a strong grasp of what it takes to build a product when there is a lack of data and clear user feedback. You’ll also need to know that satisfaction is the difference between the realised experience and the expected experience, and how to manage expectations effectively.
The space we need you to fill has three core pillars - Product, Account Management and Project - across which you’ll need to deliver every day. It is by balancing these three requirements that you will find success as an Engagement Lead at MOHARA.

MOHARA has a relaxed, informal and trusting working environment. We often rely on each other for more than just project advice. We’re looking for people who are interested in more than a day job.
The individuals we hire are curious, have a point of view and know how to communicate it. They are also empathetic - to each other, to our customers’ needs, and also for the users for whom we build innovative products.
Our particular client mix means we look for people with the courage to push the boundaries of their abilities and our clients expectations, who look beyond what is asked of them to find new opportunities, who are authentic in their abilities and honest with themselves. We treat a client’s fledgling business like our own, and recognise the investment and passion that drives them.
